- We only receive what you choose to email us, plus standard server logs.

Who we are
Quicklet is run by its owner and can be reached at [email protected]. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means Quicklet.
What stays on your device
Everything you type into a generator, any logo you upload, the preview, and the PDF and Word files you download are handled in your browser. None of it is sent to us.
If you turn on "Save a draft on this device", the values you've entered are kept in your browser's local storage until you press "Clear form" or clear your browser data. Your light or dark theme choice is also stored locally. We can't see either of these.
What we do receive
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard logs such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
- Emails you send us. We use them to reply, and may keep them for as long as we need to deal with your request.
Analytics
We do not use analytics tools at the moment.
Third parties
Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf. We do not sell personal information. We load no third-party fonts; our fonts are served from our own site.
Legal bases (UK and EU GDPR)
We rely on legitimate interests to keep server logs, protect the site and reply to your messages. If we ever use non-essential cookies, we will rely on your consent for them.
International visitors
The site is available worldwide, and our hosting provider may process data in several countries.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your information, and to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email [email protected].
In the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. In the EU you can complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents can ask what personal information we hold. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
Children
Quicklet is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
Your document data stays in your browser, and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but keeping your data off our servers removes most of the risk.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. See also our Terms of Use and Cookie Policy.
